After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

 

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

 

• Custom and solid gold/silver items are not subject to return, ,exchange, replacement.

 

• Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

 

• Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 

 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

 

• The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

• The item must be returned with its original packing. 

 

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

• The item must be unused, unworn and resell-able condition.Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense.

If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds.  There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.

 

Once a return is approved, customers have 7 days to send back their purchase.  Returns postmarked after 7 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.

 

Please allow up to 7 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).

 

KIBO will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If KIBO were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.

 

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

 

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

 

International Refused Shipments

 

Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KIBO, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

DUTIES & Taxes

 

We ship to over 220+ countries worldwide! When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

 

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

 

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

 

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

 

Please note that orders subject to any sales promotion will be taxed at the true commercial value rather than the 100% discount of the item(s).
